About the role

Responsibilities
- Cybersecurity Risk Assessment & Architecture.
- Perform security risk analysis on railway sub-systems and define mitigation strategies.
- Define secure architectures and specify cybersecurity requirements for system components.
- Identify where cybersecurity barriers should be implemented at the system level.
- Ensure security risk reduction measures through process implementation and organisation change.
- Align with European regulations and industry standards.
- Work closely with system, software, and safety engineers to integrate cybersecurity principles into solutions.
- Validate cybersecurity implementations through documentation, installation report and test case review, and security analysis.
- Explain cybersecurity requirements to subsystem teams and ensure proper follow-up.
- Contributes to cybersecurity testing and validation strategies, ensuring system resilience.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (BAC+5) in Cybersecurity, electricity (Telecommunications or automatic), informatic or related fields.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk assessment methodologies, and secure system design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on cybersecurity topics across networks, architecture, governance, and system hardening.
- Experience with security frameworks, risk analysis, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and ability to explain cybersecurity concepts to non-specialists.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in French, German is a plus.
