Responsibilities
- Identify strategic or high-impact business issues/opportunities and articulate the rationale for initiating a project or change

Requirements
- 12+ years with a Bachelor's degree; 10+ years with a Master’s degree
- 6+ years of experience in consulting
- Adept problem solver with a strong bias for test-and-learn approaches and data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated ability to influence, shift mindsets, and drive cross-organizational alignment
- Exceptional communicator skilled in crafting compelling narratives rooted in data and insights
- Strong decision-making capability, integrating multiple factors to arrive at optimal outcomes
- Proven ability to identify, scope, and deliver strategic projects in partnership with stakeholders at all levels
- Recognized subject matter expert with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
