About the role

• Manufacturing Engineering Technician managing demo preparations and hardware assembly at EXFO in Oulu, Finland. Collaborating within operations to ensure hardware is operational and customer orders are processed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer order and demo request landscape
• Be the trusted advisor and owner for demo preparations within the operations team
• Orchestrate demo activities within the operations team
• Perform demo preparations yourself
• Ensure demo equipment is operational
• Assemble EXFO Homeland Security hardware units in production
• Participate in customer order integrations, testing, deliveries and other operations

Requirements

• Applicable studies in Technical or Business field (Technical University / University etc.)
• Good verbal and written Finnish and English (Additional languages like German and French are seen as an advantage)
• Calm and methodical person
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Team player
• Hands-on person
