Responsibilities
Strategic and operational development of a defined vendor portfolio with a focus on security solutions
Building, expanding and maintaining business relationships with vendors
Building and expanding customer relationships through partner identification, acquisition, enablement and development via targeted measures
Implementation of go-to-market activities
Responsible for delivering webinars as well as sales and technical workshops
Monitoring key technologies and market trends in the security/cybersecurity domain
Training for sales staff and business partners
Developing and implementing sales initiatives and new go-to-market opportunities in close coordination with the sales team
Close collaboration with the marketing department to execute joint campaigns
Solution-oriented product and pricing positioning
Ensuring the interface with the technical department and maintaining close coordination with the presales team
Preparation of business plans and quarterly reporting
Setting, implementing and monitoring vendor targets
Tracking and enforcing forecast targets
Requirements
A completed university degree or commercial/business vocational training
Several years of practical experience in a comparable role
Familiarity with IT vendors, ideally in the cybersecurity area
Proficient in German and good command of English, both written and spoken
Structured way of working
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong project management skills with a high sense of responsibility and flexibility
Convincing presentation, communication and facilitation skills (oral and written)
Confident use of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Confident negotiator with strong team skills
Flexibility for significant travel activity
