Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium, Rest Assured, and Playwright (preferred)
- Perform API testing and validate integrations across microservices
- Conduct manual testing when required to ensure product quality
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software
- Implement and execute cloud-based testing strategies
- Identify, document, and track defects; drive resolution with development teams
- Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness of automation
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in designing, developing, and executing automated and manual testing strategies
- 2-3 years of experience as an SDET or QA Automation Engineer
- Strong programming skills in Java
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Rest Assured
- Solid understanding of API testing and tools
- Experience in manual testing methodologies
- Exposure to cloud testing platforms (Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
