Responsibilities
Independent client-side management of a wide range of new-build, conversion and modernization projects
Conceptual development of larger renovation and new-build projects
Coordination and management of external planners and contractors involved
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as fire protection, occupational safety, the German Building Energy Act (GEG), etc.
Conducting target‑vs‑actual analyses, economic feasibility calculations and monitoring of cost budgets
Safeguarding the client's interests with regard to schedules, costs and quality
Communication with authorities, expert assessors and other project stakeholders
Planning and coordination of smaller repair and maintenance measures
Central point of contact for internal project stakeholders
Requirements
Completed (technical) university degree in civil engineering (Architecture, Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a focus on construction)
Professional experience managing construction projects with a focus on building construction
Solid knowledge of building law, construction engineering and business administration, as well as familiarity with planning guidelines and regulations such as VOB, HOAI, LBO, etc.
Strong project management skills
Ability to work independently, self-motivation and resilience
Confident appearance, good communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's license (Class B)
