About the role

• Presentation Designer creating professional presentations for internal teams and external clients at EveryMatrix. Responsible for maintaining brand consistency and developing clear, engaging presentations.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, professional presentations for both internal teams and external clients (sales decks, product overviews, company presentations).
• Build and maintain presentation templates and graphics that follow our brand guidelines.
• Make sure all presentations are visually consistent and aligned with EveryMatrix branding.
• Turn complex product and service information into simple, easy-to-understand slides.
• Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to understand what they need, then translate that into clear, focused, client-ready presentations.
• Review and improve existing decks and materials regularly, keeping both the design and the content up to date.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience creating business presentations (B2B experience is a plus) - a portfolio is required.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint (this is the main tool we use).
• Comfortable working in Adobe Photoshop, Figma Design, and Figma Slides.
• Solid layout and visual design skills, understanding of typography, and great attention to detail.
• Clear communicator who works well with sales, marketing, and other teams.
• Able to manage multiple work streams at the same time and deliver on deadlines.
• Creative with a real interest in turning complex ideas into clear and engaging visual stories that support sales.
