About the role
- Product Designer contributing to Evertec's financial technology solutions, focusing on UI evolution and user experience. Collaborating with design and engineering teams to enhance compliance and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Actively collaborate with the Design team to evolve the Compliasset UI, focusing on modernization and usability;
- Create and prototype flows in Figma in partnership with Product Managers and other Designers, ensuring solutions are validated and visually refined;
- Propose new user journeys to increase engagement and reduce churn, acting as a champion of excellent user experiences;
- Support maintenance and expansion of the Design System in Figma, ensuring visual consistency across product modules;
- Work closely with the Product Analyst and Engineering teams to ensure designs are functional, feasible, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience with Figma, including component-based design and shared libraries;
- Strong UI/UX experience: aesthetic refinement and the ability to organize complex interfaces clearly;
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent);
- Experience with DesignOps or organizing Design System libraries (plus);
- Experience in the Financial industry or GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) (plus);
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate technical collaboration with engineering (plus).
