Requirements
- Have a strong interest in software, tech, or digital workflows
- Have first exposure to IT-related topics (e.g. from university, side projects, or internships)
- Are highly motivated to learn and take initiative
- Are comfortable communicating in English
- Are willing to learn German and reach at least C1/C2 (we’ll support you financially!)
