About the role
- Project Leader & Consultant facilitating workshops and developing solutions for intralogistics at Etiscan. Engaging with clients and enhancing product development in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Durchführung von Demos und Präsentationen unserer Softwarelösungen
- Leitung von Workshops zur Anforderungsanalyse mit Kunden
- Erstellung von Konzepten, Lastenheften und Business Requirements für die Entwicklung
- Abstimmung technischer Details mit Kunden und Partnern – lösungsorientiert und verlässlich
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit ERP-Systemhäusern und IT-Partnern
- Begleitung von Testphasen, Inbetriebnahmen und Schulungen
- Beratung zu Softwarelösungen und intralogistischen Prozessen
- Aktive Mitgestaltung der Produktweiterentwicklung anhand von Marktanforderungen
Requirements
- Erfahrung in der Logistik oder Intralogistik – idealerweise im Projektumfeld
- Know-how in ERP-Systemen, insbesondere Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Gutes technisches Verständnis, insbesondere für mobile Anwendungen (MDEs) und deren Integration
- Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung – ob in Workshops, Präsentationen oder bei der Projektbetreuung
- Freude an Schnittstellenarbeit zwischen Technik und Business
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20%) im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten (vorwiegend DACH-Raum)
