About the role

  • Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, planning, and treating patients in a healthcare setting. Working in outpatient therapies primarily in Deer River and Grand Rapids with on-call duties.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, plan, treat, and implement care for patients
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide patient/caregiver education and discharge planning
  • Document and manage billing and scheduling for patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degree from a physical therapy accredited program
  • Current license in the state performing services
  • Ability to work in outpatient and inpatient care settings
  • Experience in therapy evaluation and evidence-based interventions
