About the role
- Midlevel Full Stack Developer building and maintaining Shopify apps with Ruby on Rails and React. Collaborating with Product Team on new features and improvements in hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Du entwickelst unsere bestehenden Shopify Apps weiter und sorgst dafür, dass sie stabil, performant und gut wartbar bleiben
- Du behebst Bugs, verbesserst bestehende Features und unterstützt beim technischen “Aufräumen” (Refactoring, Codequalität)
- Du denkst neue Features gemeinsam mit dem Team technisch durch: pragmatisch, sauber, skalierbar
- Du unterstützt bei der Aufteilung in sinnvolle Tasks/Epics und behältst dabei Aufwand und Risiken im Blick
- Neben der Entwicklung unserer Partner-Apps entwickelst du auch neue Shopify Apps - von der Idee über die Umsetzung bis zum Launch
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Product-Team zusammen: Sie definieren das Was, du gestaltest (gemeinsam mit dem Team) das Wie
Requirements
- Mind. 2 Jahre Vollzeit-Erfahrung als Entwickler:in im Full Stack-Umfeld
- Mind. 2 Jahre Praxiserfahrung mit Ruby on Rails und React
- Sicherer Umgang mit Git
- Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken, idealerweise PostgreSQL
- Du schreibst automatisierte Tests (idealerweise RSpec) und hast Lust, Qualität mitzudenken
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, kommunizierst proaktiv und bringst Themen zuverlässig ins Ziel
- Sehr gutes Deutsch (mind. B2)
