About the role

  • Technical Sales Support specialist managing B2B client accounts in electronic security. Providing technical expertise and fostering long-term relationships within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for designated client accounts in the EMEA region.
  • Provide advice on the selection, installation, and configuration of electronic security products (cameras, alarms, access control systems, etc.).
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and supplying timely solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product teams to address customer needs.
  • Conduct project analysis together with the customer.
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
  • Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and security standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an international B2B sales support role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience in electronic security systems, technical support, or account management in a B2B environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security hardware and systems.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
