- Ability to lead geophysical interpretation for projects and manage marine surveys.
- Skills in quality control for deliverables, including geophysical data reporting and environmental assessments.
- Business development capabilities for client expansion and technical upselling.
- Mentoring and guiding capabilities for team development and technical oversight.
