About the role
- Quality Improvement Engineer managing distribution and transport efficiency for ERIKS. Focus on improving supply chain processes with strong analytical and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Als Quality Improvement Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte en transparante goederenstroom van en naar ERIKS locaties.
- Beheren en verbeteren van Distributie en Transport operaties, waaronder transportplanning, carrier management en het optimaliseren van routes en transportmodi.
- Ontwikkelen en handhaven van Standaard Operationele Procedures (SOP’s) voor consistentie en optimalisatie.
- Ondersteunen van het team van het Transportbureau bij incidenten en lastige casuïstiek.
- Analyseren van prestatie-indicatoren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen.
Requirements
- HBO werk- en denk niveau
- Aantoonbare ervaring in distributie, transport of logistieke coördinatie binnen een productie- of distributieomgeving.
- Praktische ervaring met ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur SAP), WMS, automatiseringstools en/of Business Intelligence-tools.
- Inzicht in supply chain-processen en de rol van distributie binnen de bedrijfsvoering.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden met een behulpzame en servicegerichte houding naar de organisatie en een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Procesgericht en in staat om conceptueel te denken en de vertaalslag te maken naar praktische toepassingen.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engels taal (mondeling en schriftelijk).
- Bij voorkeur gecertificeerd in Lean, Six Sigma, TQM en/of projectmanagement (bijv. Prince II).
