- Identify and evaluate market trends and new customer requirements
- Conduct end-user and key-user training
- Contribute to 2nd- and 3rd-level support
Requirements
- At least three years' experience as a consultant with an ERP service provider or vendor
- Ideally experience in technical wholesale or related industries
- Ability to deliver and successfully complete ERP projects using established project methodologies
- High degree of independence and proactivity
