About the role
- Senior Consultant managing ERP solutions at enventa Group, leading projects and optimizing processes for clients. Focusing on successful ERP implementations and client relations in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- As a Project Manager in the enventa fashion ERP area, you play a central role in the successful implementation and further development of ERP solutions for our clients.
- You independently manage projects, advise existing customers, and actively contribute to the optimization of business processes.
- Independent leadership and execution of new implementations and subprojects within enventa fashion ERP
- Consulting, support and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Ensuring project realization with respect to timeline, quality and budget
- Resource management, project reporting and invoicing
- Analysis and optimization of business processes and advice on process mapping within the ERP system
- Implementation and configuration of customer-specific requirements, including assessment and cost estimation of customizations
- Conducting end-user training and workshops
- Supporting the further development of the ERP system and participating in the sales process
- Communicating customer requirements to product development
- Use of modern productivity tools from the Microsoft 365 suite and other supporting resources
Requirements
- Commercial/business education with an IT/ERP focus; alternatively a textile-specific qualification with ERP experience
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager, consultant/advisor in the ERP environment, or as an internal system owner
- Strong process knowledge across the value chain in wholesale and production
- Leadership experience in a project environment is an advantage but not mandatory
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Confident and professional demeanor, team player, and a strong service-oriented mindset
