Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for improving our product
- Collaborate with designers, developers, customer success managers, management, founders and other stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of envelio's IGP, the market, and our users and their needs
- Analyze feedback from our customers and partners, identify areas for improvement and business opportunities
- Manage expectations and timelines of key stakeholders in a project-like environment
- Write clear product requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ensure smooth communication between product management, engineering and other departments
Requirements
- Master's degree, PhD or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of experience in (SaaS) product management as a Product Manager or Product Owner and/or 3 years of experience in the energy sector
- Strong understanding of the energy industry and knowledge of renewable energy integration, grid expansion and management, and the digitization of power grids
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with modern best practices in product management and/or project management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile development processes
