Responsibilities
Provide technical support and leadership for Enfinite owned and operated facilities, particularly the eReserve batteries.
Facilitate the integration of maintenance and capital asset management processes.
Serve as the Operations field representative for maintenance and capital work identification and planning.
Contribute technical leadership for electrical facilities and Operational Technology (OT) requirements.
Analyze and report operational data and performance metrics to improve asset value and reliability.
Develop and prioritize project scopes, cost estimates, and risk assessments for maintenance or optimization.
Engage in lifecycle cost analysis and technical evaluations.
Collaborate with field operations teams.
Perform investigations and root cause failure analysis for equipment failures and outages.
Manage and coordinate device inventory for OT and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) requirements.
Build and maintain trusted relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
Actively participate in Enfinite’s safety culture, supporting operations in hazard identification and mitigation.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, with an emphasis on Electrical or Systems Engineering considered an asset.
Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.
Experience in the power generation or utility industries is considered an asset.
SCADA Engineering experience is considered an asset.
Highly self-motivated with a proactive “can - learn, can - do” attitude towards achieving objectives.
Strong project management skills and experience, with a proven ability to manage maintenance schedules and budgets effectively.
Familiarity with a variety of power generation technologies, including utility-scale energy storage , renewable energy systems, and generator combinations are considered an asset.
