- Ensure and optimize existing processes and expand operational series support competence
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of electrical energy and control systems for wind turbines
- Several years of professional experience in electrical design engineering and in leading teams
- Experience in operational and strategic resource planning and budget responsibility
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a high degree of team orientation
- Analytical thinking and a structured working style for process optimization
- Confident use of common CAD and planning tools such as EPLAN and Teamcenter
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
