About the role
- Senior Accounting Supervisor for IVC Evidensia, leading financial reporting and compliance in a large veterinary network. Ensuring quality and timeliness of financial operations across entities.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly close processes in coordination with the FP&A department
- Oversee the Shared Services Center based abroad, ensuring deadlines and accounting quality are met
- Coordinate remuneration adjustments for veterinary partners
- Support the Shared Services Center with bank reconciliations
- Assist the Accounting Director in managing year-end and semi-annual closings
- Support the Accounting Director in interactions with external auditors
- Monitor and oversee the transition from IFRS to French GAAP
- Contribute to the implementation of procedures to strengthen internal controls
- Ensure adherence to and consistent application of accounting procedures
- Participate in ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Degree in accounting/finance or equivalent
- At least 15 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficient in accounting ERPs, notably Oracle
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Fluent in English
- Rigorous, methodical, organized, and proactive
- Comfortable in an international, agile, and fast-paced environment
- Autonomous and able to manage priorities effectively
