Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management Specialist (Process Analyst).
  • Responsible for the lifecycle of the area's process methodology, facilitating communication and monitoring progress.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops.

Requirements

  • Experience applying Lean concepts and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in process-based management.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Experience facilitating meetings.
  • Knowledge of project management.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Advanced process modeling tools (Visio, Bizagi, or Miro).
  • Previous experience with AI tools and automations.
  • Experience with flow efficiency processes.
  • Knowledge of SIPOC, swimlane diagrams, and relationship mapping.
