About the role
- Engineer responsible for managing and optimizing production processes at Spread Tecnologia. Collaborating to enhance quality, efficiency, and compliance in hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the management, mapping, standardization and continuous improvement of the Unit's processes.
- Map, analyze and optimize processes, identifying critical points and proposing improvements.
- Prepare and update flowcharts, procedures, operational standards and competency matrices.
- Support corporate initiatives and audits related to process and inventory management, ensuring compliance and organized documentation.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators and management dashboards using Business Intelligence tools.
- Document processes (AS IS and TO BE), support trainings and prepare follow-up and results reports.
Requirements
- Essential:
- Advanced computer skills.
- Project management tools (MS Project or similar).
- Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Process modeling tools: Visio, ARIS, Bizagi or similar.
- SAP R/3 – modules MM, PM, PS, LT and FI.
- Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Business Process Modeling and Management (BPM).
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC).
- Registration with the appropriate professional council.
