- Suporte e Atendimento E-mail
- Atendimento e Direcionamento das solicitações para Suporte Interno / externo e latam quando necessário
- Acompanhamento do ciclo de vida de todas as solicitações (Incidentes, Problemas, Requisições de Serviço)
- Designação de nível de severidade
- Escalonamento e Notificações
- Emissão de relatórios e controles para acompanhamento
- Concessão e revogação de acessos em Bancos, Servidores e aplicações
- Realizar gestão da fila do IDM
- Envelopamento de senha em dupla custódia (PAM)
- Suporte ao IDM Oracle
- Atualização e Manutenção da Base de conhecimento (knowledge base)
- Participará e terá voz ativa dentro da nossa torre de Controle de Acessos no desenvolvimento de integrações e outros assuntos de Segurança da Informação
Requirements
- Espanhol intermediario
- Conhecimento em serviço de autenticação Single Sing On\SSO
- Conhecimento em IAM, RBAC, SOD
- Conhecimento em diretório Active Directory
- Conhecimento Soap para SAP (ERP, CCS, SOLMAN, FIORI, BW e GRC AC)
- Disponibilidade para fazer plantão rotativo
- Revisão e Revogação de acesso de colaboradores desligados de Funcionários e Terceiros no IDM, Active Directory, em ferramentas, Servidores, Bancos e aplicações.
- Emissão de relatórios e controles para acompanhamento
