Responsibilities
New customer acquisition: Identify and proactively approach prospective clients, establish new relationships and maintain the existing network
Account management: Strengthen and develop existing client relationships to build long-term partnerships
Sales of advertising formats: Sell advertising solutions and cross-media campaigns, prepare tailored proposals and pricing
Direct outreach: Communicate with clients via email, phone or at events to generate enthusiasm for our offerings
Documentation: Record sales activities in Salesforce and regularly report KPIs to the Chief Sales Officer
Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from Sales, CRM, Product Management, Editorial and Marketing
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in Marketing, Sales, Media or a related field
Solid experience in sales and contract negotiations
Strong negotiation skills for dealing with decision-makers
Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce
Excellent German skills and good English skills
