About the role

  • Sales Manager for ELPATO focusing on customer acquisition and relationship management in the pharmaceutical sector. Engaging with potential and existing clients to drive sales and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • New customer acquisition: Identify and proactively approach prospective clients, establish new relationships and maintain the existing network
  • Account management: Strengthen and develop existing client relationships to build long-term partnerships
  • Sales of advertising formats: Sell advertising solutions and cross-media campaigns, prepare tailored proposals and pricing
  • Direct outreach: Communicate with clients via email, phone or at events to generate enthusiasm for our offerings
  • Documentation: Record sales activities in Salesforce and regularly report KPIs to the Chief Sales Officer
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from Sales, CRM, Product Management, Editorial and Marketing

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in Marketing, Sales, Media or a related field
  • Solid experience in sales and contract negotiations
  • Strong negotiation skills for dealing with decision-makers
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Excellent German skills and good English skills
