About the role

  • Licensed clinician conducting evaluations and treatment plans. Collaborating with a clinical team to provide mental health support in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain ongoing documentation, including treatment plan reviews and progress notes
  • Carry a caseload of approximately 27 client sessions per week
  • Provide exceptional client care while collaborating with a dynamic clinical team
  • Use creative, evidence-based interventions to help clients meet and exceed goals
  • Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and internal team members as needed
  • Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and ongoing training

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
  • Active LCPC or LCSW-C license in Maryland
  • Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
