Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health providing therapeutic services and collaborating on community needs. Emphasizing creativity and autonomy in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
Provide therapeutic services for clients of all ages and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
For Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including behavioral and trauma therapy, and incorporate select methods with clients.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in outpatient settings
Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LMHC, etc.) or on track to licensure (pre-licensed providers)
Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base, particularly with the pediatric population 5+ years old.
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!).
