About the role

  • Mental Health Therapist delivering high-quality therapy services and developing treatment plans for clients. Collaborating with colleagues and managing clinical documentation while maintaining a caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to clients
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 sessions per week (full-time)
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings
  • Option to provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
  • Illinois licensure or pre-licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD; ALMFT, LSW, or LPC)
  • Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfort working with children, teens, families, or adults
  • Ability to pass a background check
