About the role
- Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist providing clinical services at Ellie Mental Health in Framingham, MA. Focused on client well-being and implementing treatment plans in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and create/implement/maintain treatment plans
- Full time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 26 client sessions each week (with an ability to see more clients if desired)
- Complete all documentation within assigned time frames
- Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings
Requirements
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Massachusetts Clinical Licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC – 1, PsyD, and PhD)
- Able to implement varying evidence-based practices, dependent on client need
- Able to maintain appropriate boundaries
