About the role

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate client growth and healing.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and support.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current in the field.
  • Participate in community outreach and educational programs to promote mental health awareness.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to clients in distress.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current and valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations and age groups.
  • Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional growth.
