About the role

  • Licensed Mental Health Therapist providing flexible in-person and Telehealth therapy services in Newtown, PA. Seeking passionate and unique therapists to join a growing team dedicated to mental health care.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  • For Part-Time status clinicians must maintain a minimum of 13 client visits per week and be available for Fridays and Saturdays hours for in-person and option for a third day for telehealth only hours.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services to best meet the needs of the community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Contribute to a thriving team culture

Requirements

  • Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Candidates must have (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
  • Required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is a must.
  • Clinicians may offer Play Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dance/Movement Therapy, EMDR, or other specific modalities.
  • Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
