About the role

  • Evaluate and diagnose behavioral health issues
  • Create and implement treatment plans
  • Complete ongoing documentation including additional diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session within 24 hours
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other staff
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings

Requirements

  • LPC, LCSW, LMFT
  • Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields
  • Fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid New Jersey license
  • Experience with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults
  • Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools
  • General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
