Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose behavioral health issues
- Create and implement treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation including additional diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session within 24 hours
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other staff
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
- LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields
- Fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid New Jersey license
- Experience with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults
- Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools
- General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
