About the role
- Clinical Director overseeing and managing mental health clinics in Massachusetts. Leading staff, ensuring quality patient care, and developing clinic operations in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, onboard and manage clinical staff
- Provide training, staff development, and administrative oversight to support the functioning of the clinic.
- Monitor and manage clinic office schedules and office supplies.
- Support of billing and analytics, and work as a liaison with billing company
- Support community outreach and work with referral partners in the community
- Manage staff performance to meet appropriate KPIs
- Manage basic clinic Human Resources tasks
- Ensure quality patient care while overseeing administrative and legal aspects of the facility
- Maintain a part-time client caseload
- Provide supervision for pre-licensed and licensed providers in collaboration with other Supervisors
- Oversee twice monthly group supervision to ensure clinical excellence and align best practices
- Provide clinical oversight to clinic’s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals, including signing clinical documentation for pre-licensed providers.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or higher education in a mental health discipline
- Independently licensed with a Massachusetts issued clinical license (LMHC, LICSW, Psy.D, etc.)
