Responsibilities

  • managing overall vendor performance per contractual service level agreements (SLA)
  • ensuring vendor conformity to enterprise standards, operational processes and management guidelines
  • developing effective business relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and key decision makers
  • directing the development, planning, prioritization, approval, implementation and compliance of on-going vendor programs
  • providing subject matter expertise in response to strategic business issues

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in business or related field
  • 5-7 years of process improvement, inventory management, contract management, vendor management, project management experience
  • any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background
