About the role

  • National Sales & Retention Executive responsible for selling and renewing group business in national markets. Collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategies and manage projects while working both in office and remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Develops strategies and utilizes selling techniques to acquire new business sales
  • Generates lead activity and makes sales calls
  • Leverages understanding of the consultant community to produce sales
  • Manages projects and meets with key stakeholders to determine scope and deliverables
  • Participates in and utilizes market knowledge in the request for proposal production

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Sales License required or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
  • Direct selling or other sales experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Geo-access and disruption reporting
