About the role
- Join Eletive as a Fullstack Developer to enhance employee engagement through an intelligent People Success Platform. Collaborate in a hybrid setup from Malmö, Sweden.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of fullstack features and improvements, driving them from idea to production.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product, and design to shape solutions early.
- Actively contribute to code reviews, pair programming, and shared discussions.
Requirements
- You have strong experience working across both frontend and backend.
- You are comfortable working with React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
- You have experience designing and consuming APIs using both REST and GraphQL.
- You have experience working with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL.
- You write modern JavaScript every day and are happy to do it in TypeScript.
- You have built backend systems meant to last and have worked with AWS.
