About the role

  • Director of Strategic Alliances managing procurement services at Element. Leading the implementation of SSRM platform and enhancing stakeholder engagement in Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • Shape, manage, and continuously improve procurement services at Element
  • Monitor performance, collect feedback, and drive enhancements that improve delivery
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure procurement services meet evolving needs
  • Drive successful adoption of the SSRM platform
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for Strategic Alliances departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field)
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement /service management, with service-design mindset
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Experience implementing enterprise systems and driving adoption
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement, change management, and continuous improvement
  • Expertise in sourcing, supplier relationship management, and procurement operations
  • Experience engaging/managing/consulting multiple key stakeholders with demonstrated hands-on delivery approach
