- Conduct technical reviews of models, components, data flows, and pipelines.
- Manage and mentor a multi-pod automation team across phases.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, and platform teams.
- Drive quarterly OKRs covering coverage, stability, MTTR, and execution performance.
- Manage vendor engagements and ensure toolchain stability.
- Oversee transition to Process Mining & Mapping as Phase 2/3 scope.
Requirements
- 6–8 years in QA/TA with strong automation architecture experience.
- Hands-on mastery of model-based automation (Tosca or similar).
- Strong CI/CD pipeline and parallel execution expertise.
- ERP/CRM testing experience (JDE, Salesforce).
- Strong Git discipline and code review capabilities.
- Proven ability to stabilize regressions and design test data solutions.
- Ability to lead a 10–12 FTE technical team.
- Strong stakeholder communication and roadmap ownership.
- Experience building CoE capabilities from the ground up.
