About the role
- Bauingenieur / Architekt managing diverse construction projects from planning to completion. Collaborating with specialists and ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of our demanding and diverse projects with a focus on refurbishment and conversion in office, laboratory and clinical environments
- Preparing tender documents, supporting the award process and supervising construction through to handover to the end user
- Coordination with other consultants, authorities and project stakeholders
- Considering economic and technical project objectives
- Cost and schedule control of ongoing refurbishment and construction projects
- Assessment of questions relating to structural fire protection
- Participation in project development (e.g. feasibility checks, cost estimates, preliminary scheduling)
- Supporting the planning, organization, budgeting and monitoring of renovation and repair measures within facility management
Requirements
- A completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience in the described responsibilities
- Good proficiency with CAD software (preferably Allplan) and MS Office, as well as experience with a tendering/procurement program (ideally RIB iTWO)
- Strong interest in modern, digital ways of working
- Excellent knowledge of currently applicable standards, rules and legislation
- Very good self-organization and structuring skills
- Team player with an independent, committed and responsible working style and a professional demeanor
