About the role
- Reconciliation Analyst ensuring EBANX’s costs and resolving discrepancies in a global digital payments company. Responsible for effective reconciliation, reporting, and trend analysis in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile receivable accounts and identify discrepancies;
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and issues;
- Communicate with EBANX partners processors to resolve reconciliation issues;
- Analyze and report on receivable trends and variances;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes;
- Implement new flows in our Reconciliation System;
- Develop new ways of working according to the new operations, suppliers and systems;
- Analyze costs trends and generate insights for efficiency (costs and revenue).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel and/or Google Sheets).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of EBANX partners processors and payment systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of acquirers is a plus.
- Spanish and/or English Skills.
