About the role

Responsibilities
- You are responsible for teaching vocational training content and advanced training courses for electrical specialists, with a particular focus on digital training topics (for example, intelligent/digital local distribution substations).
- You are also the primary point of contact for our apprentices and independently manage the training process, guiding trainees in both theoretical and practical training content.
- As a trainer for initial and continuing education, you drive digitization forward and accompany our learners on their path into a digital world.
- In addition, you prepare apprentices for examinations and methodically prepare technical topics for knowledge transfer.
- You plan and coordinate training materials and ensure optimal workflows in initial and continuing education.
- Preparing evaluations for apprentices and conducting feedback discussions are also central parts of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- You hold a Meister qualification with a specialization in electrical engineering and ideally possess a trainer qualification (Ausbildereignung) or are willing to obtain it.
- Working with common MS Office applications is not a challenge for you.
- Ideally, you are familiar with modern presentation and training methods.
- You enjoy working in a team of learners.
