About the role

Responsibilities

- Du analysierst ISO55001-konforme Asset-Management-Prozesse und leitest Optimierungsbedarfe ab.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Business- und IT-Stakeholdern zusammen, um Anforderungen zu erheben, technische Lösungen abzuleiten und erfolgreich einzuführen.
Requirements
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften – oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation mit Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Betreuung von IT-Lösungen.
- Erfahrung im Betrieb und Support von IT-Lösungen inkl. Incident-Management, Performance-Monitoring und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
- Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Betreuung von Integrationslösungen sowie Verständnis von APIs, Webtechnologien und IT-Architekturen.
- Erfahrung mit ISO55001-konformen Asset-Management-Prozessen, linearen Planungsmodellen sowie Datenmodellierung und -analyse zur Entscheidungsunterstützung.
- Fähigkeit, technische Anforderungen im SaaS-Umfeld von der Initiierung bis zur Umsetzung zu steuern und verschiedene Stakeholder zu managen.
- Bereitschaft zur Einführung neuer Technologien, Vertrautheit mit ISO55001 und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
