Responsibilities
- Bring functional knowledge & experience in the SAP Fieldglass
- Analyze business requirements and deliver solutions (workarounds, fixes etc.) to user-raised support tickets (Incident Management)
- Assess, design and implement (create concepts, configure, test etc.) user-requested Changes (Change Management)
- Handle other relevant tasks within the scope of SAP support service for the client
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and project teams
Requirements
- Senior SAP consultant with 5+ years of experience in SAP
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Fieldglass core modules and master data
- Very good process understanding for business processes in the areas of Workforce Management, integration with SAP Success Factors and non-SAP systems
- Experience in working in multinational SAP support teams, providing services to large and demanding client(s)
- Good “Consulting” skills – presentation and client facing skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and advise them on the best SAP solutions
- Experience/Knowledge across numerous industry sectors
- Mentoring and coaching more junior members of the HR Team
- Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Team Player and ability to be flexible and adaptable
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and problem solver
