About the role
- Junior Finance Analyst supporting public sector client projects in a hybrid role, ensuring accuracy in financial operations and collaborating with teams in Belgium.
Responsibilities
- Verify supplier invoices and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with Purchasing Teams, Project Managers and suppliers to resolve discrepancies
- Process incoming invoices and prepare outgoing invoices
- Support the Finance Team in day-to-day financial operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Good practical knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Initial experience in finance, administration, or internships
- Nice to Have (but not required) Dutch language skills (useful for internal tools)
