About the role

Responsibilities
- Part of an agile team establishing the next generation of our securities settlement platform
- Responsible for designing and further developing our software and system architectures, focusing on CI/CD
- Responsible for the development & optimization of build, test, and deployment pipelines in GitLab using Python
- Reviewing and implementing new (regulatory) requirements
- Performing proactive root-cause analyses, deriving appropriate measures, and driving their implementation
- Trusting and solution-oriented collaboration with various teams and stakeholders
- Promoting knowledge transfer both within teams and across the organization
- Participation in occasional business trips to other locations
Requirements
- Experience in a comparable position, possibly in a consulting environment
- Extensive knowledge in building and evolving build, test, and deployment pipelines — using GitLab and Argo CD
- Experience with Python and Bash scripting
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm)
- Strong understanding of software architectures and cloud environments
- Passion for automation, quality, and efficiency
- Experience implementing solutions in a highly regulated environment
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Aptitude for audience-appropriate communication
