Responsibilities
- Part of an agile team establishing the next generation of our securities settlement platform.
- Responsible for designing and further developing our software and system architectures, with a focus on CI/CD.
- Develop and optimize build, test, and deployment pipelines in GitLab using Python.
- Operate and maintain the software of our CI/CD toolchain (GitLab, ArgoCD, SonarQube, Nexus).
- Perform proactive root-cause analyses and derive appropriate corrective actions.
- Stakeholder management and advisory work with various platform operations teams and stakeholders.
- Cross-functional collaboration to promote team cohesion and for occasional business travel.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a comparable role, possibly in a consulting environment.
- Extensive experience building and enhancing build, test, and deployment pipelines using GitLab and ArgoCD.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
- Strong understanding of software architectures and cloud environments.
- Passion for automation, quality, and efficiency.
- Experience working in a heavily regulated environment.
- Fluent in German and English.
