Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial accounting: document management, preliminary checks, reconciliations
- Invoice management: reviewing incoming invoices, preparing and executing payments
- Support for payroll accounting: maintaining master data, preparing documents, communicating with our payroll office
- Controlling tasks: assisting in the analysis of business key performance indicators
- Forecast preparation: collaborating on revenue, cost and results forecasts together with the events team and management
- Liquidity monitoring: ongoing observation and assessment of cash flow and participation in liquidity planning
- General back-office tasks: email management, contract filing & contract drafting, document organization
- Support for management: scheduling, research, project organization
- Interface to tax advisors, service providers and internal teams
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience in financial accounting or a comparable commercial field
- Degree in a business-related subject or completed commercial vocational training
- Optional: solid experience with DATEV Unternehmen Online
- Technical affinity and understanding of digital processes and modern tools
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured, meticulous and reliable way of working
- Strong communication skills, discretion and sense of responsibility
- Proficient use of Office programs
