Responsibilities
Development of modern, responsive web interfaces based on Next.js
Development of UI components with shadcn and Tailwind CSS
State management and client-side routing
Integration of APIs and real-time features
Development and maintenance of APIs, including those built with Go
Database design and optimization (currently primarily MongoDB)
Server-side logic and implementation of business logic with real business needs in mind
Maintenance of our CMS (based on Payload CMS)
End-to-end feature development from the database to the user interface
Building and further developing our current infrastructure
Clean, maintainable code with tests and documentation
Implement analyses and measures for data security
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
Help shape our tech stack
Close collaboration with the events team, marketing, and executive management
Requirements
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack or backend development
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
Confident use of standard tools, ideally with experience in Next.js and common CSS/JS frameworks for rapid implementation of modern designs
Node.js, API principles, Go (or a comparable language and the willingness to learn Go)
Experience with cloud computing, Docker/containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure principles
Proficient with Git
Independent and, above all, clean working style, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team
