Requirements

  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Operations
  • Experience leading and implementing large-scale QA automation and innovation
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Excel or Sheets
