About the role

  • Data Analyst leveraging data to support business decisions. Collaborating with technology teams and automating data workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with technology, business, Data Scientists and Data Engineers on analytical and automation projects;
  • Operate and configure automation tools and data agents, ensuring analysis quality and consistency;
  • Extract data from primary and secondary sources, cleaning and organizing relevant information;
  • Evaluate and validate outputs produced by generative AI (dashboards, text, analyses) to ensure accuracy and reduce bias;
  • Analyze and interpret results using statistical techniques and analytical tools;
  • Identify trends and patterns in datasets, proposing improvements to business processes;
  • Create automated reporting and dashboard workflows to reduce repetitive manual tasks;
  • Support rapid experimentation initiatives with LLMs/AI models in collaboration with Data Scientists;
  • Document, version and monitor work performed, following established standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Data roles;
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics or related fields;
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, Tableau is a plus);
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Postgres);
  • Knowledge of Python and data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib);
  • Basic understanding of Machine Learning and generative AI (Scikit-learn, use of APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure AI);
  • Familiarity with data automation tools (Airflow, dbt, n8n or equivalents);
  • Ability to structure prompts and interact with language models (basic prompt engineering);
  • Good communication skills and ability to translate analyses into practical business recommendations;
  • Knowledge of Spark is a plus.
